We ended up spending just shy of 7 hours of swimming.  I couldn't believe how much fun we all had.  We are all exhausted and ready for a good night's rest.  God is good.

Great Wolf Celebration Round 1

After such a busy week last week and then weekend with the revival, we are finally celebrating Eli's 9th bday. 

Elijah turned 9 on Sunday and we presented him with a card and passes to swim at Great Wolf Lodge!

All for one and one for all!

They were all so excited that when I got up this morning they were already in their swimsuits.  In fact I found my daughter like this:

Best Day Ever

We are all having a wonderful time.  Jared and I are even zipping down the slides.  So much fun.  We're home for a bit for lunch and to relieve the dogs and then we're back at it!!!!

Couple Cuties

-Elijah is working on his handwriting.  His sentence today was, "The only thing a man gains from a lie, is no one believing him when he tells the truth."  Eli asked me to read it and he says, "That's good right mom?  Isn't that kinda like The Boy Who Cried Werewolf?"  Ummmm, sure we'll go with that :)

-Anneliese comes running into the kitchen.  "MOM!  It's warm in my room!  Will you open my window?"  I said, "Sure, you can open it."  She replies, "I can't mommy my hands are TINY!" 

Pursuit Conference!

This weekend was our revival/conference. Our speaker asked that it be labeled a conference because you can't schedule revival. Love that! My favorite part so far was the reading of scriptures at the end of main session today. Hearing God's people express themselves through His word is priceless.

So, the cake went over well

We are so thankful for the Hurley's and their teachings.  The worship, fellowship, and learning were all a great blessing.  We are so thankful for all of you who came out.  Your presence was an encouragement and we pray your heart was moved. 

If you weren't able to join us Friday or Saturday, take heart!  The Hurley's will still be here tomorrow for the final day of our conference.  See you at 9am!!
