Back on Track
This is a kick in the rear to all you Weight Watchers out there.
Put the Easter candy down!
Unless you have a will of pure iron you indulged in a few yummy non point friendly foods this past weekend.
That's great but now it's time to get back into gear. The only difference between those who maintain their weight and those who gain it back is this: Will you eat something you love and then start fresh the next day back on track?
Even super skinny people eat chocolate. They just don't eat it all day...every day...by the pound.
So cut it out, start counting points and get your rear in gear! The summer is drawing near and sweat pants and hoodies aren't really reasonable summer wear.
