Retreat

We slept well! I normally sleep with a box fan and guess what?! There's an app for that! I slept last night like a baby with my earbuds plugged in and the fan noise lulling me to sleep.



Not wanting to miss a workout I got up bright and early and enjoyed a run!


Now we're back at Ozark
