Chicken Cor don Bleu Revisted

We love chicken and are always looking for new and exciting ways to create with it. This is one our family enjoys and is low in points.

This is what you need plus boneless skinless chicken. I've found the bagged chicken is difficult to use in this recipe and the chicken that comes in the foam trays works much better.

This works best if you pat dry the ham in order to spread the Laughing Cow wedge. I lay them out on a paper towel.

When they are somewhat dry cut the cheese wedges in half and spread 1/2 of a wedge on each a piece of ham.

After the cheese is spread out on the ham place a chicken breast on it and wrap it around. Place the seam on the cookie sheet/pan.

Now that all the chicken is wrapped just take the Shake and Bake and sprinkle it liberally on each breast.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
They are 5 pts a piece and sooo good. Enjoy!
