Pigs In a Blanket

I'm making a fun lunch for the kids today. It's the boys and I's FAV!

Home made pigs in a blanket. I just use my bread recipe and wrap up some all beef hot dogs.

For you Weight Watchers out there use Hebrew National 97% fat free all beef dogs. They are only 1 pt a piece. If you wrap it in the bread they're only 3 pts each!

Make the bread in your bread machine like normal. I leave the dogs out for a hour so they are room temp. Make sure you dry your hot dogs with a paper towel so wrapping them in dough isn't so difficult. You don't have to let them rise, once wrapped stick them in a preheated oven at 350 and bake until the bread is golded (about 12-14 mins).

Another awesome idea is to wrap mozzarella sticks and then season the dough with garlic salt. Dip them in marinara and they are DELISH! Use the Weight Watcher's mozzarella (1pt each) and they are 3pts.

Enjoy!

Those sound so good right now! Too bad I don't have any hot dogs or I would make some.
